Ermilo Gatica, of Manhattan, claimed a top prize in the New York Lottery's Black Titanium scratch-off game, the lottery announced on Friday, April 29. He chose to receive his prize as a single, lump-sum payment of $6,122,400 after required withholdings, NY Lottery reported. Investment Banker From Westchester Dies After Battling Cancer An investment banker and longtime Westchester County resident who was born and raised in Connecticut has died from cancer at the age of 71. John Toffolon Jr. died peacefully on Tuesday, April 26, while surrounded by his wife, Joan, and two daughters, Ashley and Allison, according to his obituary.
