Garfield YMCA Organizes Healthy Kids Day GARFIELD, N.J. -- The Garfield YMCA will host a Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 30. Fitness games, a family swim and informational sessions will be available. Attendees will also have the chance to win free summer camp tuition or a 32-inch television. Midland Park Board of Health Offers Rabies Vaccination MIDLAND PARK, N.J. -- The Midland Park Board of Health is hosting a free rabies clinic at the Municipal Building on Monday, May 9.Dogs must be on leashes and cats must be in carriers. No retractable leashes can be used. Rabies vaccinations are required by the New Jersey Department of Health for all dogs and cats four months of age and older. Vaccinations will be offered from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Municipal Building is located at 280 Godwin Ave.

Franklin Lakes Seeks Blood Donors FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Borough of Franklin Lakes will host a community blood drive on Sunday, April 17 at Barnert Temple. New Tenant Coming To Vacant A&P In Wayne WAYNE, N.J. -- The former site of the A&P in Wayne will have a new grocery store opening in the coming months, according to NorthJersey.com. The Wayne Natural Food Market will take over the 36,000 square feet space that has been vacant since November. The Wayne Market will be owned and operated by Kui Young Chang, who also owns the Ramsey Food Market, NorthJersey.com said.
