Apply For The Rutherford School District Jumpstart Program RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- For the fifth consecutive year, Rutherford Public Schools will be conducting a Jumpstart Program. The program is open to all Rutherford students registered in kindergarten or grade 1 for the upcoming 2016 – 2017 school year.  The program is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 5, and end on Thursday, August 4.  Classes will meet from 8:30 a.m.to noon at Lincoln School, located at 414 Montross Avenue.  The fee will be $250 for the five-week program.
