Mobile Shredder, Mobile Passport Unit Coming To Sleepy Hollow SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. --  The Mobile Passport Unit and the Mobile Shredder will both visit Sleepy Hollow Village Hall on Saturday, June 4. Residents can bring up to 4 file-size boxes of confidential papers per household between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.  Papers from businesses, institutions or commercial enterprises are not acceptable as will junk mail and newspapers.  Passport applications will be available in Vilalge Hall from 10 a.m. 2 p.m.  Sleepy Hollow Village Hall is located at 28 Beekman Ave.

Happy Birthday To Paterson's Jay Alford PATERSON, N.J. -- Happy birthday to Paterson's Jay Alford! Alford, who is a free agent defensive tackle, turns 33 on Saturday, May 28.  Alford attended Orange High School and was named first team All-State, and was named a U.S. Army All-American. He attended Penn State University where he was an All-Big Ten performer his junior and senior year.  Alford was drafted by the New York Giants in the third round of the 2007 NFL Draft. He also played for the Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks.

Three Charged With Stealing $8K Worth Of Razors At Area BJ's WAPPINGER, N.Y. -- Three Ulster County residents are facing theft charges for reportedly stealing more than $8,000 in razor blades from BJ's Wholesale in Wappinger, according to New York State Police.  After a month-long investigation, troopers arrested Andre K. Pritchard, 45, of Kingston on May 17; Michael Demaio, 46, of Milton on May 19; Leann Demaio, 43, of Highland on April 28. Son Of Retired Bridgeport Cop ID'd As Victim In Fatal Motorcycle Crash BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Authorities identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle accident on Monday as Bridgeport's William Bailey III, according to CT Post.  Bailey, the son of William R. Bailey Jr., a retired Bridgeport police lieutenant, was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed on Surf Avenue in Stratford when he failed to properly handle a curve and hit a tree and a parked vehicle, CT Post reported.  Authorities are still investigating the crash, CT Post said.  Click here to read the CT Post article.
