Stony Point Man, 65, Suffers Broken Leg During Assault, 34-Year-Old Charged STONY POINT, N.Y. -- A Stony Point man has been charged in connection with the assault of a 65-year-old man who police say suffered a broken leg. The alleged suspect, Krishna M. Maganti, 34, was charged on Nov. 28 with second- and third-degree assault, according to the Stony Point Police Department. An police investigation allegedly revealed Maganti did strike the victim, who was his roommate, causing lacerations, according to police.
