Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

The incident happened Tuesday, July 7 at about 4:30 p.m. off the coast of Crab Meadow Beach in Fort Salonga in Suffolk County. Alert Issued For Missing 15-Year-Old Long Island Girl A 15-year-old Long Island girl has gone missing and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her. Bryanna Vasquez went missing from the Mercy First facility in Syosset on Tuesday, July 7 at around 3:30 a.m., Nassau County Police said. She is 5-foot-6, 140 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. Her clothing description and destination are unknown. Detectives request anyone with information regarding her whereabouts call the Missing Persons Squad at (516) 573-7347 or 911. Suspect At Large After 29-Year-Old Fatally Stabbed Outside Area Park In Front Of Crowd A suspect is at large after a man was fatally stabbed in front of a crowd in broad daylight at an area park. The incident happened on Tuesday, July 7 at 1015 a.m. near Pershing Avenue Park in the City of Poughkeepsie.  Units responding to the scene found a 29-year-old man with a serious stab wound, according to City of Poughkeepsie Police said.  He was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital.
