Teen Nabbed For Making Charges On Credit Card Stolen From Car, CT State Police Say A 16-year-old boy was arrested and accused of using a woman's stolen credit cards in Connecticut. Troopers responded to a Litchfield County home in New Hartford on Sunday, Oct. 24, and a woman told police that she had been notified by her bank of potential fraudulent activity on her account, and discovered her purse had been stolen from her vehicle, according to Connecticut State Police. Police Search For Man Accused Of Stealing $1,100 In Merchandise From Huntington Station Store Police have asked the public for help locating a man accused of stealing merchandise worth about $1,100 from a Long Island store. The man stole a rug and a Roomba vacuum from Target in Huntington Station at about 10:10 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8, according to the Suffolk County Police Department. The store is located at 124 East Jericho Turnpike, SCPD said. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. CT State Police Announce Death Of World's First Electronic Storage Device Detection K9 Police in Connecticut are mourning the death of the world's first electronic storage device detection K9. K9 Selma died from medical issues on Wednesday, March 30, according to Connecticut State Police. She was assigned to Detective George Jupin, and became the first electronic storage device detection K9 on Oct. 4, 2013. "Since her graduation, Selma has been an invaluable asset to the CT State Police Computer Crimes Unit assisting in locating electronic evidence in countless investigations," police said. Leocadio Colon was last seen in Middlesex County by the South Green in Middletown on Monday, March 21, according to the Middletown Police Department.
