Paramus' Parkway Elementary School Students Celebrate Dr. Seuss' Birthday PARAMUS, N.J. -- Mrs. Ferrara's kindergarten class at Parkway Elementary School in Paramus recently celebrated Read Across America and Dr. Seuss' birthday. The children listened to more than 20 Dr. Seuss books and wrote a book review about their favorites. The celebration continued with the children creating their own Cat in the Hat masks. Finally, they ended the festivities by cooking and eating green eggs and ham.
