At 4:06 p.m., first responders rushed to Toms River Road near Aiden Lane after a black 2022 Toyota Sienna van traveling northbound crossed over the double yellow centerline and struck a Ford F-250 head-on, Jackson Township police said. Michael McDonald, the driver of the Toyota, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. The crash is under investigation, police said.
