Ana Lynch, of Newburyport, was skiing with family and friends in Big Sky, Montana, on Sunday, March 10, when the accident occurred, according to a GoFundMe. Miguel Enrique Diaz, age 47, of Bay Shore, was arrested Wednesday, March 13, on suspicion of course of sexual conduct against a child.
