Sleepy Hollow Students Help Out Houston High School Impacted By Harvey SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y.--  Sleepy Hollow High School is lending a helping hand. Last week, two boxes filled with school supplies were shipped to Clear Creek High School in Houston, which was impacted by Hurricane Harvey. Included in the boxes were handwritten notes of encouragement to the students from the Sleepy Hollow High community.  The drive was spearheaded by the student government and teachers Dina Lopez and Claire Heskestad.

The book is set in a casino and is about a recovering gambler, a pit boss who has six months to live and a dealer obsessed with the playing style of a mysterious elderly customer. Man Caught With Stolen Lexus In Yorktown Heights, Police Say A 51-year-old man was arrested and charged with stealing a Lexus on Wednesday night, Yorktown Police said. Stuart Alpert of Yorktown was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a stolen property, a Class D felony after police spotted the gray Lexus on Birdsall Drive, which had been reported stolen earlier in the day. Alpert was found to be in possession of the vehicle and he was arrested at the scene and transported to headquarters. He is being held pending arraignment.
