Remains Recovered From Hudson River In Hoboken ID'd As Murder Victim: Prosecutor The body of a man who authorities say was shot dead by a Bergen County tattoo artist and then dumped into the Hudson River was identified as the remains recovered from the water last month. Woman Pepper Sprayed Three Teens: Newark PD A 28-year-old woman was arrested and charged after she used pepper spray on three teenagers in Newark on Tuesday, April 1, authorities said. At 3:45 p.m., officers responded to 18th Avenue and South 18th Street after three juveniles, ages 13 and 14, were sprayed with pepper spray following a verbal altercation with a woman, later identified as Hiydera Rowell, Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda said.
