Franklin Lakes Begins Road Resurfacing Projects FRANKLIN LAKES, N.J. -- The Borough of Franklin Lakes will begin its road resurfacing projects beginning Monday, May 23. This project consists of milling and paving as well as some patching on additional streets. Curb work will be performed prior to milling and paving.
