Sherman Resets Hearing On Proposed Budget To Saturday SHERMAN, Conn. --A hearing for the public originally planned for Thursday to discuss the budget proposal has been rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Mallory Town Hall, reported WLAD-AM. The proposal is $14.5 million, representing an increase by 0.86 percent above the present year, and a flat tax rate over this year, said WLAD-AM.
