Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

The incident happened at around 9:40 p.m. Saturday, May 1 in Litchfield County, on Route 272 in the Town of Goshen near the Town of Norfolk. Five Fishermen Rescued From Burning Vessel Off Cape Cod Five mariners were rescued from a burning vessel fire 85 miles east of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. At approximately 5 p.m. Friday, April 30, Coast Guard watchstanders received a notification from the 100-foot trawler Nobska. One Seriously Injured In Long Island Expressway Crash A man was seriously injured in a single-vehicle crash on the Long Island Expressway. It happened Friday, April 30 at approximately 2:40 p.m. in Brentwood. Michael Griff, age 53, of Coram, was riding a 2015 Victory motorcycle eastbound on the expressway when he lost control and crashed just west of the Sagtikos Parkway, Suffolk County Police said.
