Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

35-Year-Old Found Dead In Driver's Seat Of Car On Route 7 In Norwalk Police have launched a homicide investigation after it was determined a man found dead in the driver's seat of a car in Fairfield County did not die as a result of an accident. Lindenhurst Man Dies After Falling Into Canal Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a man who fell into a canal on Long Island. Suffolk County Police Department officers responded to a call of a man in the canal in Lindenhurst behind a residence on the 900 block of Pacific St., at around 9:40 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3. The man, identified as Don Seddio, age 65, of Lindenhurst, was pulled from the water. It happened just before 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3 in West Islip. Dangerously Cold Wind Chills Will Be Followed By Big Change In Weather Pattern Dangerously cold wind chill temperatures will continue to impact the region throughout the day on Saturday, Feb. 4 before there's a big turnaround in temperatures. Holbrook Woman Accused Of Driving Drunk With Child In SUV After 3-Vehicle Lake Ronkonkoma Crash A woman has been accused of driving drunk with her young son in the SUV after a multi-vehicle crash near a Long Island intersection. The crash happened around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 in Lake Ronkonkoma.
