70-Year-Old Somerville Cyclist Killed After Driver 'Doored' Him: Police Somerville police identified the 70-year-old cyclist who died over the weekend after a parked driver opened his car door into the bike rider and caused him to crash.  Stephen Conley of Somerville was riding his bike on the Broadway bike lane just before 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 12, when a Land Rover's driver-side door flew open right in front of him, the Middlesex District Attorney's Office said. 40-Year-Old Boston Man Arrested In Chinatown Rape: Police Police arrested a 40-year-old Boston and charged him with the rape of a woman in Chinatown over the weekend.  Edwin Ramirez was arrested on Sunday night, Aug. 14, in connection with a sexual assault that happened near Hudson Street just before 5 a.m., Boston police said.  A Suffolk County judge was set to arraign Ramirez Monday on charges of aggravated rape and robbery charges, police said.

27-Year-Old Worcester Man Killed In Hit-Run From Multiple Vehicles: Police A 27-year-old man died over the weekend, authorities said, after cars struck him several times while he was walking along Route 290 in Worcester.  The man was near Exit 20 around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 13, when a vehicle, possibly a tractor-trailer crashed into him and kept driving, Massachusetts State Police said. Several other vehicles ran over his body after that and did not stop.
