Chicopee Driver Was Drunk When He Killed Elderly Pedestrian: DA Officials have charged a 42-year-old Chicopee man with running over and killing a 68-year-old pedestrian earlier this week, authorities said. Benjamin Goraj is charged with motor vehicle homicide while operating under the influence and operating under the influence — 3rd offense, Hampden District Attorney's said. He was given a $5,000 bond but must consent to multiple alcohol tests a day as a condition of his pre-trial release. Florida Man Pleads Guilty To Masturbating, Touching Woman On Boston-Bound Flight: FBI A 76-year-old Florida man faces 90 days in jail after he pleaded guilty this week to masturbating on a flight from Newark to Boston earlier this year, federal authorities said. Donald Edward Robinson of Bonita Springs was accused of exposing himself and masturbating at a 21-year-old woman aboard the April 8 flight, the FBI reported. State Trooper Flies To The Rescue Of Owl With Broken Wing In Middleton A downed owl is getting help for a broken wing and other injuries thanks to a local wildlife protection group and a helpful Massachusetts State Trooper.
