Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

12-Year-Old, Mother Found Dead In Massachusetts Home A 12-year-old and her 49-year-old mother were found dead inside a home in Worcester County. The incident occurred on Ladyslipper Drive in Shrewsbury around 7:30 a.m. Friday, March 19. Autopsy results on the cause of the deaths are pending, Worcester County District Attorney Joseph Early Jr. said in a news conference. Current Aide Accuses Cuomo Of Sexual Harassment A current employee in New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office has just become the eighth woman to accuse him of sexual harassment. Alyssa McGrath told The New York Times that Cuomo "would ogle her body, remark on her looks, and make suggestive comments to her and another executive aide" and once gazed down her shirt and commented on a necklace. Man Struck, Killed By Car On Long Island Roadway A man was killed after being struck by a car on a Long Island roadway overnight. The incident happened around 3:10 a.m. Thursday, March 18 in North Bay Shore. Henry Zepeda-Gomez, age 34, of Bay Shore, was driving a 2003 Toyota Corolla southbound on Fifth Avenue, near Claremont Avenue when the vehicle struck the man in the roadway, Suffolk County Police said.
