Joe Lombardi, Daily Voice's Managing Editor, has spent his professional career as a newsroom director, manager, editor, producer, writer, reporter and broadcaster who has worked at major websites, television networks, newspapers, magazines and radio stations and as a book author.

The Manhattan native, Irvington (NY) High School and University of Dayton graduate has been actively involved in web publishing for more than 25 years. In addition, he also has expertise in marketing, public relations and social media.

Lombardi rejoined Daily Voice in September 2013 as managing editor after serving as sports editorial consultant from August 2011 through January 2012. He was named to oversee editorial operations in the fall of 2017.

Man Found Lying In Roadway After Three-Vehicle Crash On I-95 A driver was found lying on a stretch of I-95 after an early-morning crash involving three vehicles overnight. The crash happened around 3 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 6 in Stamford, on the northbound side between Exit 5 and Exit 6 in Stamford According to Connecticut State Police, a tractor-trailer was traveling in the right lane, a 2005 Volvo 999 was getting off on the Exit 6 ramp, and a 2006 Acura TSX was in the center lane and trying to negotiate a curve when it collided with the truck. Serious Crash Shuts Down I-95 Stretch A serious crash with at least one critical injured reported has shut down a stretch of I-95 in Fairfield County. The crash happened around 5 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 on the northbound side between Exit 5 (Route 1) and Exit 6 (Harvard Avenue/West Avenue) in Stamford, near the Greenwich border. It happened around 6:50 p.m. Friday, Nov. 5 in Shirley. It happened on Friday, Nov. 5 at 11:10 a.m. in North Amityville.
