Fake NJ Doc, Wife Sentenced For Unlawful Medical Practice, Sex Assaults On Patients
A New Jersey married couple was sentenced to prison time after both were caught running an unlicensed medical practice where he posed as a doctor and sexually assaulted patients, authorities said.
The medical practice of Orger Sibaja-Bolanos, 67, and his wife, Rosa Perez, 64, both of Old Bridge, came under investigation in 2022 after two patients reported being sexually assaulted by Sibaja-Bolanos, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said (scroll down for sentencings).

Hackensack is mourning the loss of a longtime resident and popular bartender Robert Santaella, who died on Monday, July 22.
A cause of death for Santaella, 44, was not made public.
A GoFundMe campaign launched for Santaella's loved ones, including his daughter, Adrianna, had raised more than $3,200 as of press time.
"Everyone that knew Rob loved him for his kind soul and larger than life personality," reads the campaign, launched by Rosie Vega. "No matter the battles Rob suffered with his health, he always fought to continue to live. Unfortunately, God has called him home."

Man Admits Kidnapping Paterson Business Owner, Driving Across State Lines In U-Haul Truck
A 38-year-old New York man has admitted to his role in the kidnapping of a Paterson business owner in October 2020 in which he drove him across state lines in a U-Haul truck and called his family for ransom money, federal officials said.
Reginald Law, 38, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Evelyn Padin in Newark federal court to an indictment charging him with kidnapping and Hobbs Act robbery, U.S. Attorney Philip R. Sellinger said this week.
