Medical Marijuana Delayed Again In Westport WESTPORT, Conn. — Medical marijuana dispensaries and producers will have to wait until at least 2017 before coming to Westport, according to the Westport News. The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously ruled to extend the moratorium on medical marijuana for the fourth time, the Westport News reported.
