KENT LAKES, N.Y. -- The Kent Public Library will host "The Nature of Kent" on Tuesday, April 12, in the library's Downstairs Program Room.Come join Beth Herr, chair of the Kent Conservation Advisory Council (KCAC), and Dave Ehnebuske, president of the newly formed Kent Conservation Foundation (KCF), on an armchair tour of the many places where people can enjoy hiking, fishing, kayaking, hunting, photography, mountain-biking, bird-watching and sketching--all within the 43 square miles that comprise Kent.

Rutherford Organizes 'Cruisin On The Avenue' Car Show, Fundraiser
RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The Rutherford Ambulance Corps will hosts its Second Annual "Crusin' On The Avenue," car show/fundraiser on Tuesday, June 28, on Park Avenue (between Highland Cross and Ames Avenue), from 5 - 10 p.m. The rain date is Wednesday, June 29.The event is open to all vehicles: classic cars, antique cars, muscle cars, street rods, customs and motorcycles.

MONTROSE, N.Y. -- The Hendrick Hudson High School Theatre will present a live production of "Beauty and The Beast" in the school's auditorium in Montrose, during the weekend of April 8- 10.Showtimes are as follows: Friday, April 8, at 7:30 p.m; Saturday, April 9, at 1:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, April 10, at 1:00 p.m.
