From 9:30 -10:30 a.m., the staff will lead a walk to look for signs of spring’s arrival, including frog eggs and salamanders. All ages are welcome for this activity. From 1 - 4 p.m., participants will make an up-cycled terrarium or recycled crafts or both. Attendees will also be invited to hike the trails, explore the grounds or play on the natural playground. Hundreds Participate In Briarcliff Manor Color Run BRIARCLIFF MANOR, N.Y. -- More than 800 people participated recently in the first Bears Run the Manor Color Run.A collaboration among the Briarcliff Manor PTA, the Briarcliff Manor School District and the village, the event on on Saturday, April 2, celebrated the revitalization of the district's athletic fields. The 2.2-mile run/walk took participants from Todd Elementary School through the district’s tree streets, ultimately finishing at the middle/high school campus. “What an extraordinary demonstration of community,” Superintendent of Schools James Kaishian, who ran in the race, said.
