Neuberger Museum in Purchase Plans Louise Fishman Study Day
PURCHASE, N.Y. -- The Neuberger Museum of Art at Purchase College will hold Louise Fishman Study Day on Wednesday, April 27.
The program will provide an intensive and focused look at the acclaimed abstract painter's life and work from a variety of perspectives.
Presenters will include Faye Hirsch, senior editor at Art in America and visiting associate professor of art+design at Purchase College, and Catherine Lord, professor emerita of art, University of California, Irvine, Claire Trevor School of Art.

Hudson Valley Fair Scheduled At Dutchess Stadium in Wappingers Falls
WAPPINGERS FALLS, N.Y. -- The Hudson Valley Fair will be held at Dutchess Stadium in Wappingers Falls from May 6 - 22 (Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays).There event will feature a huge carnival midway, delicious food, games, live entertainment and shows, including the world-famous Fearless Flores Thrill Show (as seen on "America's Got Talent"), Lance Gifford’s Magic & Illusion Show, Monkeys Riding Dogs, a full petting zoo and much more.
